Graduated in Medicine from Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), in 1986. Nevertheless, after graduation five more years were dedicated to the study of Medicine, specially to Plastic Surgery. The first course was the residency in General Surgery at Nossa Senhora das Graças Hospital, in Curitiba and afterwards a residency in Plastic Surgery in the Face Defects Hospital, in São Paulo. In addition to the graduation courses, Dr. Moraes has also participated in several other development courses, highlighting the Plastic Surgery one in Switzerland with Prof. Dr. Rodolph Meyer and the Videoendoscopic Surgery in Plastic Surgery course in the United States with Prof. Dr. Nicanor Isse.

 

The knowledge and experience acquired through several years in the medical area have enabled Dr. Léa Mara Moraes to focus her scope of practice on facial and body aesthetic surgeries.

 

Dr. Léa Mara Moraes is one of the pioneers in Paraná in the use of videosurgery and laser in aesthetic surgical procedures.
